Irene Thomas Hospice
The Irene Thomas Hospice is a 10-suite residence located adjacent to the Harold & Veronica Savage Centre for Supportive Care in Ladner, BC.
The hospice is purpose-built to provide a home-like environment with as much privacy and comfort as possible. It offers 24 hour nursing care and support for individuals in the last weeks and months of life when care cannot be managed at home. Family and friends are invited to be present at any time and to participate in providing care and comfort with the support of the care team.
Each suite is a private bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Doors open on to a private patio and each room has its own TV, phone, couch, recliner chair, desk and closet.
