An event every week that begins at 3:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 24, 2018
This sport specific strength and conditioning program is geared towards developing athletes. Functional strength, core conditioning and movement development through SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) training, will help you excel in your chosen sport. The small group structure ensures individual attention and coaching are optimized.
