Fisher’s Field Picnic Shelter
A large picnic area set back in the heart of the Deas Island Park area surrounded by trails. The picnic shelter is wheelchair accessible. The closest pit toilets have narrow doorways and a path made up of loose coarse gravel making them not accessible to wheelchair users. The closest wheelchair accessible washroom is located approximately 850 m from the picnic shelter and accessed from the main road. Parking is within 50 metres of the picnic shelter on a flat gravel surfaced path.

Capacity: 75 at shelter, maximum 100. Suitable for group picnics – family/corporate. Park opening until 1/2 hour before park closing. No staked tents. Special equipment allowed by permit. No alcohol. No power. Generators allowed seasonally by permit. Limited parking available. Food trucks are not permitted.
